Run-on Haiku
They say that silence is golden. But silence is the absence of gold.
The meaning of NOW: One spring day cancels all memory of winter.
Peonies topple, pulling down their stakes. Sometimes life is just too much.
NIGHT: Rain falls everywhere. MORNING: stream is rushing in one direction.
Perched atop a traffic light, a bird builds her nest. Nature always wins.
Quiet is what happens when the mind calms. I sit, waiting for silence.
Gratitude is the state of being in love with what already is.
